Self-Defense Tactics seminars are offered periodically during each quarter of the year. The goal is to focus on a particular aspect of Cobalt Self-Defense Tactics and hone that skill. Seminars also offer tribers the opportunity to train with visiting instructors so that tribers can add to the tools in their tool box and develop their own core self-defense combatives and tactics.
All weapons used within these seminars are practice weapons. No live firearms or other live weapons are permitted unless otherwise stated. All live firearms training occurs at properly supervised training facilities under the guidance of firearms professionals.
Here we study the ketogenic and paleolithic diets and what diets are working for fellow tribers. One size does not fit all and ONE diet style does not work for all. This is where we share notes and help keep each other on track in the path we've chosen that works for us. Without good nutrition, all exercise is futile.
